Dearest Allah, The Most Exalted,
Teach me how to Love,
How to example mine
From Thee Master Of.

Dearest Allah, The Most High,
Teach me to be kind,
Teach me to see with my heart
Rather from my eyes so blind.

Dearest Allah, The Most Merciful,
Teach me patience and to forgive,
That I may be a better soul,
More pleasing for You to live.

Dearest Allah, The Most Gracious,
Teach me, Show me how I must,
And give me strength and courage
To walk and in Your Truth, trust.

Dearest Allah, The ALL Knowing,
Teach me to listen so that I may hear,
To differentiate deceit from Truth,
So the Truth is crystal clear.

Dearest Allah, The Most Divine,
Teach me to be always giving,
With generosity in my spirit
To know the joy of living.

Dearest Allah, The Miracle Maker,
Teach me to rejoice in pain
That from my lessons learned,
There is much for me to gain.
